40 hours / month — 1-2 Focus Departments

Best for founders who want operations + delivery (or ops + revenue support ops).
Includes: everything above + two department workflows with clear prioritization.

80 hours / month — 2-3 Focus Departments

We believe our value should keep you here, not a restrictive contract. We typically work on a monthly retainer basis that scales with your business.
